Natural Studio is an AI-powered screen recording software for Windows PCs. It allows users to record their screen, audio, and webcam, and optionally upload their recordings to cloud storage platforms (like Google Drive) for sharing or backup.

• All screen recordings, webcam captures, and audio you create are stored locally on your PC by default.
• We do not automatically upload, access, or view your recordings.

If you connect Google Drive or another cloud service:
• We access only the information required to upload, store, and manage your files.
• We use OAuth 2.0 for secure authentication — we never store your passwords.
• This integration follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
We use your information to:
• Operate and maintain the app.
• Improve functionality, stability, and performance.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide support.
• Authenticate user licenses (if applicable).
• Comply with security and legal requirements.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
Natural Studio uses artificial intelligence (AI) features.
When these features are used:
• Processing happens locally on your PC or securely on our servers (only if the feature requires cloud processing).
• Your recordings are not used to train public AI models.
• We only process data to provide the requested AI feature, then delete or anonymize it immediately after processing.

• Your recordings and local data remain on your Windows device unless you choose to upload them.

We retain your information only as long as necessary to:
