Welcome to Natural Studio ("we","our","us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Natural Studio software, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using Natural Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Natural Studio is an AI-powered screen recording software for Windows PCs, enabling users to record their screen, webcam, and audio, and optionally share recordings through integrated cloud services such as Google Drive. These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using Natural Studio.
You must:
• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you use Natural Studio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Natural Studio on your Windows PC for personal or professional purposes, subject to these Terms.
You must not:
• Copy, modify, or distribute the software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
• Use the software for any unlawful or harmful activity.
• Circumvent license or activation mechanisms.
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the software.
Violation of these terms may result in legal actions, termination of your license and access to updates or services.
Certain features may require account creation or sign-in (e.g., Google integration or license activation).
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.
If you connect a third party service (e.g., Google Drive):
• You authorize Natural Studio to access and manage files only as necessary to upload or share your recordings.
• Authentication is handled securely via OAuth 2.0 — we never store your passwords.
• You can revoke access at any time via your Google account settings.
We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited use requirements.
Natural Studio uses artificial intelligence (AI) features.
When these features are used:
• Processing happens locally on your PC or securely on our servers (only if the feature requires cloud processing).
• Your recordings are not used to train public AI models.
• We only process data to provide the requested AI feature, then delete or anonymize it immediately after processing.
You agree not to:
• Record or share content that violates laws or the rights of others (e.g., privacy, copyright, or confidentiality).
• Use the software for harassment, illegal surveillance, or unauthorized monitoring.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt our services.
You are solely responsible for the recordings and content you create or share.
All intellectual property rights in Natural Studio, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Ui Multisoft Ltd.
You retain ownership of any recordings or content you create using the software.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your recordings only as necessary to provide the Services (e.g., for cloud uploads or AI processing).
We may provide updates, patches, or improvements to enhance functionality or security.
You agree that:
• Updates may be automatically installed or require manual installation.
• Continued use of the software after updates constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
We may discontinue certain features or versions without notice.
If Natural Studio offers paid features or subscriptions:
• All payments are processed securely by third party providers.
• Prices, billing periods, and refund policies will be displayed during purchase.
• Unauthorized sharing of paid licenses or accounts may result in termination.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
• Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Use the software in a way that risks harm to us or others.
• Misuse API access or AI tools.
Upon termination:
• Your license will immediately end.
• You must uninstall the software and cease use.
• Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, including:
• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement.
• Uninterrupted or error-free performance.
You assume full responsibility for your use of the software and any resulting recordings or data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the software.
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of potential damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Natural Studio, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
• Your use of the Services.
• Your content or recordings.
• Your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
Your use of Natural Studio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the software, you agree to that policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of the Services or these Terms, such matters shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Anambra State, Nigeria.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you through the app or website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
