Welcome to Natural Studio. Natural Studio is operated by Ui Multisoft Ltd ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Natural Studio software, website, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, or using Natural Studio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Natural Studio is an AI-powered multimedia platform that helps educators, institutions, creators, professionals, and students easily record, create, and share high quality tutorials, presentations, courses, video lessons, quick video messages, and digital learning experiences with greater simplicity and intelligence. These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using Natural Studio.
You must:
• Be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU).
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you use Natural Studio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Natural Studio on your Windows PC for personal or professional purposes, subject to these Terms.
You must not:
• Copy, modify, or distribute the software.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
• Use the software for any unlawful or harmful activity.
• Circumvent license or activation mechanisms.
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the software.
Violation of these terms may result in legal actions, termination of your license and access to updates or services.
Certain Natural Studio subscriptions or features may be associated with the device or computer on which the subscription or license is activated.
You may not share your Natural Studio subscription, account, license, activation credentials, or paid access with another person.
Formatting your computer, reinstalling or upgrading your operating system, replacing significant hardware, or moving Natural Studio to another computer may cause the system to identify the installation as a new device and may affect your existing activation.
If you plan to reinstall your operating system or change devices while you have an active subscription, we recommend contacting Natural Studio support before doing so where possible.
Natural Studio may use reasonable technical measures to prevent unauthorized sharing or misuse of subscriptions and licenses.
Certain features may require account creation or sign-in (e.g., Google integration or license activation).
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account use.
If you connect a third party service (e.g., Google Drive):
• You authorize Natural Studio to access and manage files only as necessary to upload or share your recordings.
• Authentication is handled securely via OAuth 2.0 — we never store your passwords.
• You can revoke access at any time via your Google account settings.
We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited use requirements.
Natural Studio uses artificial intelligence (AI) features to provide certain functionality within the Services.
Depending on the feature being used, AI processing may occur locally on your device, on Natural Studio's servers, or through third-party AI service providers integrated with or used by Natural Studio.
When you use an AI feature that requires third-party processing, information necessary to provide that feature may be transmitted to the relevant third-party AI provider.
You acknowledge that the availability, performance, and operation of certain AI features may depend on third-party services. Third-party AI providers may have their own terms of service and privacy policies governing their services.
Natural Studio will process information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and will take reasonable steps to use third-party providers that maintain appropriate safeguards for information processed through the Services.
You agree not to:
• Record or share content that violates laws or the rights of others (e.g., privacy, copyright, or confidentiality).
• Use the software for harassment, illegal surveillance, or unauthorized monitoring.
• Upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt our services.
You are solely responsible for the recordings and content you create or share.
All intellectual property rights in Natural Studio, including software, design, and branding, are owned by Ui Multisoft Ltd.
You retain ownership of any recordings or content you create using the software.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to process your content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services you use, including cloud storage, AI processing, troubleshooting, and other features you request. Where third-party service providers are used to provide these functions, your content may be processed by those providers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may provide updates, patches, or improvements to enhance functionality or security.
You agree that:
• Updates may be automatically installed or require manual installation.
• Continued use of the software after updates constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
We may discontinue certain features or versions without notice.
If Natural Studio offers paid features or subscriptions:
• All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
• Prices and billing periods are provided during the purchase process.
• Subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing period selected at the time of purchase unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
• Subscription payments and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, which is available on the Natural Studio website.
• Unauthorized sharing of paid licenses, subscriptions, accounts, or access may result in suspension or termination of the affected account or license.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
• Violate these Terms or applicable laws.
• Use the software in a way that risks harm to us or others.
• Misuse API access or AI tools.
Upon termination:
• Your license will immediately end.
• You must uninstall the software and cease use.
• Sections regarding liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution will survive termination.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, including:
• Fitness for a particular purpose.
• Non-infringement.
• Uninterrupted or error-free performance.
You assume full responsibility for your use of the software and any resulting recordings or data.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the software.
This limitation applies even if we have been advised of potential damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ui Multisoft Ltd, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:
• Your use of the Services.
• Your content or recordings.
• Your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.
Your use of Natural Studio is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the software, you agree to that policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of the Services or these Terms, such matters shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Anambra State, Nigeria.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify you through the app or website. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
